Most people have a tendency to lead with their chins. Maybe it’s because culturally, we’re taught that there’s nothing worse than being old or fat (I disagree). So we jut out our chins in an effort to hide any excess or aging flesh we might have around our throats.

Take a minute to watch this video in which I explain some benefits of Chair Fit. Hope you’ll join us!

Give yourself another chance — and please, give me the honor of helping you.

When Lori injured her knee, she was worried she wouldn’t be able to attend yoga class anymore. But a few sessions of Chair Fit turned out to be the perfect strengthening bridge between her injury and returning to yoga.
